6.00pm Step/Lift 1 No Frils Cardio Body Bar TTS      
6.45pm   2 Crunch          
7pm Pilates

All classes are 1hour unless shown otherwise:
1 - 45 minute class
2 - 15 minute class
TTS - Trim/Tone/Stretch Class

If you feel dizzy, faint or any pain during a class, STOP immediately and seek advice from your doctor before continuing.
*Please drink plenty of fluids, before, during and after exercise.
* Towels are compulsory within Just For Ladies Fitness, please wipe all equipment down after use.
